Companies Act 2006 - final parts apply from 1 October 2009
A new opportunity for confidentiality and to help combat identity fraud
The Companies Act 2006 allows company officers to withhold their private addresses from public view by the use of a service address.
Our new facility offers the use of this office address as a permitted service address. This service is entirely optional at the cost of £20 plus VAT per officer per annum.
Please contact us if you are interested in going forward with this arrangement.

The final parts of the Companies Act 2006 come into force from 1 October 2009. Whilst most of these apply to large companies, there are some which will have an impact on small companies:
- The filing deadline has shortened. Private limited companies will now have 9 months to file accounts.
- Company directors must now be 16 or over.
- Company secretaries are no longer required.
- Private limited companies are no longer required to hold an annual general meeting.
A number of the companies house forms are also changing. Please contact us for further details.
